Quality Assurance

Solv uses proven methods to deliver high-quality and cost-effective products on time. Our corporate Quality Management Plan (QMP) ensures that our work adheres to exacting performance and quality assurance and quality control standards. Solv's QMP considers the functional responsibilities of our staff and cooperative interaction in planning, implementing, and assessing project activities.

Our quality control process is implemented in every project phase and includes requirements evaluations, mockups, drafts, and client feedback. At a minimum, each deliverable undergoes a conceptual, interim, and final product review. An integral part of Solv's commitment to quality is the accurate, clear, and concise use and application of technical information. We select technical reviewers whose qualifications align closely with the technical scope of a project, as well as separate peer reviewers.

Our QMP specifies corporate and project organizational structures; quality system components and standard operating procedures, including quality assurance audits; requisite personnel qualification and training; technical communications standards; and continual improvement. All of our projects are implemented with an earned-value management approach, using work breakdown structures and cost and performance monitoring systems. All Solv employees are committed to client focus, exceeding client expectations, honesty, integrity, and continual improvement.
